acondas continues to expand its knowledge

We offer tried and tested approaches for future-oriented organizational development and digitalization.

“agile acondas” is the name of our approach to further developing specialist and methodological knowledge. We are dedicated to continuously developing ourselves as a company and providing our customers with tried and tested approaches in organizational development and digital transformation.

Since 2018, our agile “Knowledge Teams (KT)” have been developing knowledge in six-month cycles that we apply to create added value for our customers as we support them in implementing their projects. In each cycle, we focus on a topic relevant to our customers from each of the two areas of organizational development and digital transformation.

Despite the restrictions caused by COVID-19, we successfully completed our 3rd cycle this summer: Since September we have been offering our customers a recipe for success with all the important ingredients for the effective and efficient design and implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for HR, IT or another corporate function. In the last cycle, we also carefully assessed the customer journey when purchasing and using company e-cars. Our empirical study revealed five critical “pain points” in the customer journey. In the next step, we want to discuss these pain points with representative companies from the automotive industry, fleet and vehicle fleet management, energy supply and other infrastructure service providers and develop possible solutions. For this purpose, we have planned the “Company e-Car” workshop together with our partner consultancies acterience management partners and receeda.

In October we enthusiastically started the 4th cycle with our two new future-relevant topics: Sustainability and process digitization.

In our KT Sustainability we are developing an approach to implementing sustainability strategies and tracking sustainability goals in companies. In addition, we are diving deep into some specific sustainability goals and measures, relying on our collective project experience from over 20 customer projects in the context of sustainability as well as our broad expertise in the field of strategy and target implementation. In addition, as a member of the UN Global Compact, sustainability is also very important to us internally as well. We are currently preparing our first acondas sustainability report, reviewing our own actions in relation to the United Nations sustainability goals, to which we have committed.

In our KT process digitalization, we are analyzing various instruments, applications and procedures over the next six months in order to develop an integrated approach, drawing on our many years of experience in the analysis and digitization of processes. Our approach will focus on three areas: (1) understanding and visualizing processes, (2) optimizing processes and 3) automating processes.

In our existing functional teams – project change management, marketing and sales, training and learning as well as Initiatives for Continuous Improvement (ICI) – we continuously develop our methodical consulting knowledge as well as our internal and external processes.

We have an exciting six months ahead of us, which will lead to new, value-adding insights and results for our customers and our own company.
